Tina Permar, is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a Certified Yoga Teacher through Dragonfly Yoga Studio, and a Certified Health and Wellness Coach through Wellcoaches. Even though her background is as a collegiate division I strength coach she has always had a holistic approach to movement. She believes that you are capable of living a happy and fulfilling life with joyful movement and mindful connection.
